How much do they cost?
From £11,752. A small deposit of 10% is required, and as little as £171.87 per month, you can move straight in. |

When is the park open?
From the 1st March through till 5th January, during which time you and your family can use your caravan as often as you wish on a holiday home basis. We use two months closure to maintain and develop the park. |

Who owns most of the caravans on the park?
People like you. Most of the owners are families who have taken holidays here, they have enjoyed it so much they now own their very own holiday home. |

Who can use my caravan?
Whoever you choose, it's up to you. You can use it as often as you like. Its yours to decide. Or while you are away yo can let out your caravan to other holidaymakers and use the income to help pay the running costs. The choice is yours! |
